I hope you all remember I talked about the gifts I received from the Pakistani Beauty Bloggers 1st Ever Secret Swap. Out of those gorgeous gifts I am reviewing Glamour Days from MUA.
About the product
Glamour Days palette is a collection of 12 highly pigmented eye shadows in shimmer and matte to suit different skin tones to create a glamorous day look.
When I received the parcel I got super excited to see this palette. I was happy because luckily it was completely different from my MUA Poptastic. The second thing which boosted my excitement level was the shades of browns. I am in love with brown these days <3. Anyways as name says Glamour Days, the colors are in perfect combo.
I have been using Poptastic from quite a long time, I will review that for you all soon. The pigmentation of this palette slightly differs from the Poptastic one. The shades stays well on my eyes with a good eyeshadow base. Primers doesn’t work for me. I have always used my Maybelline Color Tattoos as my base and that hold the eye shades for good 6-7 hours but other than that it never stays. And yes, don’t forget to use them wet for good pay off.
Amongst 12 shades, only 3 are the matte ones( shade 4,5 and 9). All the shades blends really well, it amazed me according to the price. I hate eye shadows which take forever to blend. And especially the cheap palettes never blends.
I have taken the pictures when I was using the palette for an event. Sorry I couldn’t take makeup pictures but I will sure share a look with you all. Check the pigmentation of the colors on the brush. For a sample I took just two pictures I hope they can give a better idea 🙂
Shade 1,4 and 5 almost disappears on my skin. May be because of my medium toned complexion. I have swatched the colors on my hand and you can see these shades almost faded on my skin.
The best part is the price. MUA has very affordable price ranges.
